Identity & Contact: Name, address, email, phone number, date of birth.
Health Data: Information regarding injuries, medical history, pregnancy, and medication.Why? This is "Special Category Data" under the GDPR. We collect this strictly to ensure your physical safety during training tailor our exercise programs to your capabilities.
Financial Data: Payment history and bank details (processed securely via Mollie).
Progress Data: Training logs, body measurements, and progress notes.
We use your data strictly for the following purposes:
Client Management: Scheduling appointments and communicating via the Trainin platform.
Training Guidance: Creating personalized training and nutrition plans based on your health status.
Payments: Processing transactions via Mollie.
Legal: Complying with Dutch tax authorities (Belastingdienst).
We do not sell your data. We only share data with trusted partners necessary to run the business:
Trainin: Our software provider for scheduling and client records.
Mollie: Our payment service provider.

Accountant/Bookkeeper: For tax administration purposes only.
We may occasionally take photos or videos during sessions for analysis or social media marketing.

Client Data: Kept for the duration of the coaching relationship. If you stop training, we delete your health and training data after 2 years.

We take the protection of your data seriously. We use secured software (Trainin) which is password protected. We do not store physical files containing sensitive health information.
