Sinds enkele maanden werk ik twee keer per week samen met Alex. Niet alleen heeft hij mij geholpen om fysiek sterker te worden, maar ook heeft hij me geholpen met aanhoudende rugpijn. Alex heeft hier vanaf dag één aandacht aan besteed en stelde een programma samen met speciale oefeningen die specifiek gericht waren op het versterken van mijn rugspieren en het verbeteren van mijn houding. Dankzij zijn expertise en geduld ben ik volledig van mijn rugklachten af.
Wat ik verder enorm waardeer, is dat geen enkele trainingssessie hetzelfde is. Elke keer weet Alex weer een divers programma samen te stellen dat uitdagend, leuk en effectief is. Of het nu gaat om krachttraining of balans oefeningen, hij zorgt ervoor dat ik altijd gemotiveerd blijf en nieuwe doelen bereik. De variatie houdt het interessant en voorkomt dat het saai wordt. Ik ben dan ook ontzettend blij met zijn begeleiding!
